Ever since I designed Reminiscence for teaching a beginner's needle-turn appliqué class in the year 2000, it has been a perennial favorite of mine. It is easy enough to be tackled by both novices and avid appliqué enthusiasts in a relatively short period of time.  The design itself lends well to any hand and machine appliqué methods of choice.
